Job Description: We are looking for professional and enthusiastic telecallers proficient in Hindi to join our team. This is a work-from-home opportunity where you will play a vital role in handling customer calls, providing information about our products/services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from potential and existing customers.

2. Communicate effectively in Hindi to explain products or services.

3. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance metrics.

6. Follow up with customers as required.
Requirements:

1. Fluency in Hindi (mandatory); knowledge of English or other regional languages is a plus.

2. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred).

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with telecalling software/tools.

5. A quiet and professional workspace at home.

6. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
